Over the years, we have developed a team that allows us to look at all sectors of the property market, covering residential, industrial, mixed-use, office, retail, development and regeneration opportunities.

All acquisitions are based on us being able to add value with previous opportunities ranging from land assembly, brownfield sites, sites with and without planning consent, shopping centres, industrial estates, hospitals and schools.

Most purchases are made using our own funds or in conjunction with joint venture partners and can be completed without the normal bank lending requirements. The flexibility of having access to substantial funding enables us to complete matters very quicky if required.

Primarily, our acquisitions have been in the south of England with the majority being in London and the home counties, although we are happy to look at opportunities in other areas of the UK or indeed, abroad if there is the potential to create value.
